Councillors Meet MNC

Councillors Jenni Paterson, Daphne Parvin, Shena William and Agela met with MNC Chair Mr. Ratna Limbu and PR Dinesh Khadka on 29th Sept. This is as per Borough Council's future plan to interact with various community groups to enhance social integration. During the meeting, the cause, barrier and impact of social integration by Nepalese Community were discussed.
MBC is endeavouring to identify wheather MBC is working adequately for minority group of people's inclusion.

Points highlighted:-

• Organising events where people from different backgroud participate, this can aid to strengthen social inclusion, integration and development of their cultural norms.
• Learning and developing English language would boost day to day activities and benefit in different sectors.
• Co-operating and co- ordinating within different minority group of people will enhance in social integration and inclusion.
